From a young age, Ben Ramirez Jr., now the driving force behind B&E Services, eagerly joined his father in the business. Working alongside his dad during weekends and school breaks, he absorbed valuable knowledge and learned the tricks of the trade. In 1990, Ben Jr. took over the operations and incorporated the business, marking a new chapter for B&E Services.
